IMPORTANT!: Unless you have registered with our website it is essential to leave your phone number when booking the aircraft so other flying members can contact you. When booking and/or taking the aircraft away from it's home base (Ayr - hangar), please mark every day of the calendar till your intended return of the aircraft. The date of the aircrafts return to home-base must be marked on the calendar to allow other members to organise a booking. The last calendar day entry would indicate the date and possibly time of return of aircraft. If for any reason the pilot/member can not return the aircraft on time as indicated he/she must alter the booking on the calendar as soon as practical and call any member(s) who may be effected. Be aware, multiple entries can be made on a single day. When logged into the calendar, all same day entries will show up in separate boxes and therefore allowing individual updates/deletion.  Members can contact each other and rearrange booking dates and time among each other if they wish to do so but as a rule who books first has priority.
